How To Use The Fermentation Basket At The First Time:
The new rattan basket can easily stick to the dough.
Before the first time use, use a watering can to wet the surface of the rattan basket a little. A little bit wet is enough.
Then spread the flour evenly over the surface, shake off excess flour and air dry it overnight.
Sprinkle a layer of powder when it's in use without shaking it off. After use, do not wash, and just air dry it.
After many uses, the rattan basket will be easier to use, and the surface that was previously sprinkled is already stuck in the gap.
